How do I schedule my doctor appointment?
Please call 843-466-8000, where our Patient Service Representatives can assist you Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm & Saturday from 9am-2pm.
 
What’s the fastest way to refill my prescription?
If you need to refill a prescription, the fastest way is to contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacist can also answer any questions you have about your medication.

You can also request a prescription refill by signing in to your Coastal IM & G patient portal and submitting your request online. Not signed up for Patient Portal yet? Register here.

How do I get a referral to a specialist?

What forms of insurance do you accept?
Coastal IM & G works with most health insurance plans. More information can be found here.  We also offer patients the ability to self-pay. Coastal IM & G accepts cash, debit and credit cards as payment for your visit. 

Do you accept patients without insurance?
We do accept patients without insurance and they will be considered self-pay. They will have to pay up front before being seen.
